Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Fee:
- A cancellation fee of £30 will be charged for all cancellations, regardless of the notice period provided.
- Refund Policy:
- In the event of a cancellation, customers will receive a full refund minus the £30 cancellation fee.
- Rescheduling Policy:
- Customers can reschedule their appointments without any additional charges if the technician has not yet started their journey to the job site.
- If rescheduling occurs when the technician is already on route, a minimum call-out fee of £95 + VAT will be charged.
- Late Cancellations and No-Shows:
- If a customer cancels after the technician has started their journey or fails to show up for the appointment, a minimum call-out fee of £95 + VAT will be charged.
- Special Circumstances:
- There are no exceptions to the cancellation fee policy. All cancellations will incur a £30 fee, and late cancellations or no-shows will incur a minimum call-out fee of £95 + VAT.
